Vintage Pilates is where you’ll get the highest caliber of Pilates instruction around, in a fun, supportive, unpretentious environment. You’ll get a personalized workout in an intimate, small-group setting, and receive individualized attention from teachers trained by Jay Grimes—Director of Vintage Pilates and master instructor who learned from Joe and Clara Pilates.
