We run a classical, fully equipped, artisanal studio that specializes in giving individualized attention to each client — from elite athletes to people with special needs injuries — so that our clients reach their fullest potential. Many of the instructors have 10-20 years of teaching experience and our studio is proud to retain a loyal clientele. We also offer GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Exercise Methods in both private and small group format.
