Trio Pilates is the first in Hillsboro to dedicate its space to the practice of the traditional Pilates method, and opened its doors in February of 2012. Its owner, Kelly Recktenwald, has been teaching Pilates since 2002 and opened Trio when demand for her services grew. She is passionate about helping people learn the same method that changed her life for the better. Trio Pilates offers private and duet sessions, and small group mat classes. We are proud to house our studio with Gratz apparatus; including two Reformers, a Wunda chair, Cadillac, mats, barrels, magic circles and dumbbells.
