I made a promise with myself a long time ago that I would follow my heart wherever it took me. This page is a way of sharing my experience of daring to do what I love. Pilates, Tango, language, story telling and blues harmonica are the practices I seek to celebrate with the rest of the world. I believe that what appeals to the soul through movement, music, warmth, and loving kindness is universal. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to embark on such a wonderful journey.
