Serving Nashville since 1998, Springs Studio offers a fitness program that is tailored to any need, regardless of age, body type, or fitness level. Whether you are seeking a robust challenge or gentle restorative body conditioning, pilates can be revitalizing, safe and effective. Owner Julie Kraft knows firsthand the value of maintaining overall good health through a safe and effective workout that provides muscle strengthening, stretching, body awareness, balance and mobility.
Pilates is for all ages. As we get older, it becomes increasingly important that we stay mobile and supple with an exercise program that can help to relieve the build up of tension in our bodies resulting from years of poor posture. Younger people as well would benefit from beginning early with a good body conditioning program to avoid common pitfalls that can develop as they age. Utilizing all of the traditional pilates equipment, Springs Studio offers privates, semi-privates and small group classes in a safe and nurturing environment.
