For us, the most important thing is how clients do the exercices, that is why we offer Pilates Reformer classes in small grups (only 4 clients). Our knowledge and passion for Pilates, makes QPILATES a perfect place to work the whole body and mind, being supervised by the teacher during the class. We also offer PINK RIBBON PROGRAM, a breast cancer rehabilitation curs.
