We fully integrate the original philosophies and teachings of Joseph Pilates, while adding some of the more recent advances in exercise science, kinesiology and neuromuscular techniques.
Every movement in the "Pilates Method" initiates from the breath and the core, which includes the abdominal muscles and deep muscles of the pelvis and spine. Through mindful attention on breath and movement, we work to properly align joints and balance muscle groups, which creates symmetry in the entire body.
