Private Sessions are recommended and required for the Pilates beginner. We offer an eight class Introductory Private Package for new clients! To be exempt from the eight class private session requirement: You must bring a friend (or two) and complete eight shared sessions together. Shared sessions are two to three people in the class. Our Private and Shared Sessions includes weight-bearing exercises to strengthen the entire musculature of the body, especially the core; as well as strengthening the postural muscles. Our functional spring-resistance training will also lengthen and stretch the muscles to increase flexibility. The result is a stronger, longer, and leaner body; and a supple and healthier spine. All of our Instructors are Experienced and Certified!
