At Lead we educate, inspire and move. Our 9,000 square foot facility is home to 4 studios including our mat studio, Group Equipment Studio, Cycle Studio and our Fitness studio complete with barres, the Bodhi Suspension Training System, and an infrared heating system for our hot pilates class called Burn. Attached to our studio is our Integrated Therapies clinic - home to our chiropractic, massage, reiki and sports medicine team. Our business model allows for information sharing to enhance and customize our clients' experience.
