We are a Boutique style Pilates studio in East Hollywood, Florida. We are an Authorized Training Center (Host Site) for Balanced Body® Pilates Instructor Training Courses including MOTR®, Anatomy in Three Dimensions™, Barre, CoreAlign® and Pilates Mat, Reformer, Chair, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arcs. Private and Duet sessions available in studio or online (ZOOM). We offer 6 physical therapy continuing education courses for Florida licensed providers.
