My name is Jackie and have formed my own business called JM Physical. I have a degree in Human Movement and have taught Physical Education for 33 years. I am totally committed to the numerous benefits that Pilates offers and have practiced myself for 10 years. I am a level 3 Mat Pilates instructor and am also trained in Pre and Post natal Pilates.
