Encore Pilates was delighted to open its doors, in the heart of Kings Langley, in September of 2013. It is a fully-equipped clinical Pilates studio and home to STOTT Pilates™ equipment including five Reformers, a Cadillac/Trapeze Table, a Stability Chair and a large variety of other lighter equipment. The studio runs a range of classes including Matwork, Reformer (apparatus), Pregnancy, Teens, Forever Young (Reformer), Back to Health and offers private lessons too. A matwork classThe studio was set up by ex-professional dancer, Nikki Avron, who has been teaching dance and body-conditioning for the past 19 years. Nikki has drawn on her teaching experience and extensive knowledge of the body and movement biomechanics, to provide the local community with a friendly, safe and professional exercise environment.
