Cupcake Pilates
Cupcake Pilates™ was created as a solution to the problem of making wellness a fluid part of each day. Cupcake Pilates uses classical Pilates moves with sequence variations to help you feel great every day. Each class incorporates the traditional Pilates principles of 1) Breathing, 2) Concentration, 3) Centering, 4) Control, 5) Precision, and 6) Flow, as well as balanced whole body movement and relaxation.
