Balanced Concepts, established in 1998 is proud to be on the cusp of its 17th year. Hana Lauterkranc, Studio Director, is dedicated to maintaining a dynamic exercise environment in a safe and friendly atmosphere. Hana and the Balanced Concepts staff, Lisa Ellison and Katie Clark take care to provide quality instruction to all students.
