At Back in Action, we believe in restoring healthy movement through hands on,individualized physical therapy. This movement then allows for optimal physical function without pain. Pilates is utilized as a rehab and fitness tool tailored to each client's needs. We teach classical Pilates based on Joseph Pilates original works and all instructors have trained with nationally recognized teacher certification programs at their location. We have fun while helping others regain freedom of movement and a return to their idea of an active lifestyle.
